ILSCi is currently looking for an HR Representative/Recruiter at its Saint-Laurent distribution center. The HR Rep/ Recruiter reports to the IR Manager is responsible for the administration and performance of the Industrial Relations program in the following areas: Employee Recruiting and On-boarding, Policies and Procedures, Safety, Personnel Requirements, Staffing and Training.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment and Interviewing potential new employees
2. Pre-employment drug testing, physicals and background
3. New employee orientation
4. Works with IR Department to ensure compliance with Labor laws/EEOC/company policy
5. Completes Unemployment claims as necessary
6. Conducts and/or assist in employee training
7. Enforce company policies and procedures
8. Communicate company benefits and assist employees with questions
9. Conduct employee meetings on a one-on-one basis periodically

1. Must have good written and verbal communications skills
2. Excellent Safety, Quality, Productivity and Attendance record
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
4. Must have a thorough knowledge of WSI policies and procedures
5. Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
6. Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
