Aosom Canada Inc., a fast growing eCommerce company, with direct importing products from our HQ in China. We are now looking for an HR Generalist/Supervisor to help develop a superior workforce, direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services Responsibilities: (include, but not limit to)

• recruiting and staffing
• employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
• employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
• employee relations;
• company-wide committee facilitation;
• company employee and community communication;
• compensation and benefits administration;
• Provide employee services and counseling.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney
• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
• Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
• Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
• Prepare termination and severance letters

Qualifications:

• 2 years HR Generalist experience in relevant environment;
• Possess University degree or higher;
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and HR skills;
• Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion;
• Good organizational, and time management skills;
• Excellent computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Microsoft Office with good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:

Experience:

• Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
