Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
The HR Generalist will provide support and objective guidance to employees in both Summerside and Charlottetown locations on a variety of Human Resource functions This position will be the first point of contact for employees and must be able to build trusting relationships across all business units. There is an expectation that this position will travel between both Red Shores properties (20%). The Human Resources Generalist will assist with various HR initiatives including but not limited to - recruitment, performance management, health & safety, total rewards, and payroll. They will also perform administrative tasks such as maintaining employee\'s files and records. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.
