WITH Hospitality is an upcoming, innovative restaurant group looking to hire an ambitious and self-driven Human Resources Coordinator. SCHEDULE: Full-time
STARTING SALARY: $45,000 PERKS

- Identify the each restaurant\'s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process
- Manage full cycle recruitment across various disciplines
- Update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Coordinate between restaurant managers and accountants to ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures, ensuring application and alignment with the organization\'s mission.
- Implement job evaluations, performance reviews, salary recommendations, and market analysis across all restaurants
- Provide consultative support and solutions on all people related matters including, but not limited to employee relations, performance issues, company policies, etc.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 2 years of HR or related experience
- College/University Degree/Certificate in Human Resources
- Must be an independent, self-starter
- Must be a positive, sociable and hospitable
- Problem-solving oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
