Tasks

Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs Hire, train and supervise staff
