Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities Reporting to the Vice-President Talent and Culture, with a dotted line relationship to the Human Resources Program Lead, you will be a key player in achieving Transdev\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and update employee information in the human resources payroll system, ADP WorkforceNow (including new hires, salary modifications, terminations, etc.);
  • Manage employee payroll and vacation balance inquiries with the support of a finance team member;
  • Manage employee insurance profiles including adding them to the program, following up with registration forms and ensuring eligibility dates are respected;
  • Support the team in recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews, performing background checks and drafting contracts;
  • Register new employees to the company\xe2\x80\x99s training platform and troubleshoot any connection issues;
  • Prepare documentation (letters, communications and forms) to be issued to internal stakeholders;
  • Manage international mandates, including the recruitment of candidates, collection and processing of required documentation and preparing employee files while respecting immigration deadlines;
  • Manage the Transdev Canada Internship Program, including recruitment, drafting contracts, coordinating intern activities and being a point of contact for the students;
  • Supporting in various other Human Resources/Organizational Development projects as required.
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Requirements
  • University diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, International Business, or related field;
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Intern or Human Resources Coordinator (essential);
  • Strong bilingual (French and English) written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong record keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail;
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently;
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and provide recommendations based on acquired knowledge;
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to be resourceful, proactive and anticipate needs;
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (an asset);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
