The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for a Human Resources Clerk at our Nartech Metal Products Ltd. facility in Guelph, ON. The candidate for this position is responsible for the day-to-day recording, maintaining, and distributing data and information within the department. Job Summary

  • Tracking daily time & attendance records, knowledge of Kronos is an asset
  • Assist with WSIB claims reporting
  • Administration of Company benefit plans
  • Set overtime shifts and weekly schedules
  • Recruitment and orientation duties for plant/hourly employees
  • Various administration functions, record keeping/file retention, etc.
Job Requirements
  • College or University graduate with a focus on Business Administration and/or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in an office or business administration. Experience in the field of automotive manufacturing is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience must contain strong organizational, communication, administrative and time management skills.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate strong computer literacy, including experience with all office applications with an emphasis on word processing, spreadsheet applications, internet communications and presentations.
