What we're looking for:

Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or equivalent Three to five years' experience in a human resources role Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or significant progress toward obtaining preferred Registered Professional Recruiter Designation an asset Proven HR experience across the employee lifecycle, with confidence in areas like

recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations

, and

workplace investigations

. A calm, thoughtful, and people-first approach to HR challenges. Someone who loves variety, brings a mix of empathy, creativity, and sound judgment to their work. You bring a

trauma-informed approach

to your work, creating emotionally and physically safe spaces for the teams and leaders we support. You practice with

What We Offer

The target hiring range for this position is $42.44- to $54.96 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
