INTRODUCTION TO THE POSITION
As a human resources advisor, you will be called upon to support management in the overall delivery of human resources services, policies and programs. You will have to support a clientele of managers and employees in a non-unionized manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment, hiring and onboarding process
- Overall remuneration policy and structure
- Assessment of performance
- Payroll, from the weekly time cards to ADP
- Management of training, development, career management, succession planning and maintenance of knowledge
- Management and supervision of departures
- Support to management, in particular legal aspects, disciplinary measures and development of management skills
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- D.E.C. or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources option
- Maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Recruitment experience and knowledge of social media platforms
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Oral and written communication skills and ability to establish good interpersonal relationships
- Sense of analysis in order to understand the issues and be able to provide appropriate and innovative solutions.
