With over 30 years of highly successful experience in crafting the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of effective, client-centered services, TI continues to deliver quality programs and services that directly benefit our growing urban Inuit population.The HR Administrator provides HR-focused and general administrative support to both the Director, Corporate Services, and the Human Resources Advisors at Tungasuvvingat Inuit (TI). In this hands-on role, the successful incumbent will respond to HR requests and provide administrative support in the delivery of HR services, primarily related to recruitment, onboarding, classification, and file management. They will have considerable contact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and will also provide timely and accurate administrative support, particularly in the maintenance of TI's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).Other key responsibilities of the position will include:
