Job Description


Hiossen Implant Canada is a leading dental implant company that provides high-quality dental products to dental professionals across Canada. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resource Administrator to join our team in Markham, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to managing the full-cycle recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and processing the semi-monthly payroll in ADP Workforce Now. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee files, and processing paperwork.
  • Processing semi-monthly payroll in ADP Workforce Now for hourly and salary employees and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and termination of benefits in Manulife.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, drafting job descriptions, job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitoring the performance of employees during their probationary period.
  • Conduct new employee orientation, prepare offer letters, and ensure all new employee paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Keeping the employee handbook and organizational staffing chart up to date.
  • Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to external agencies, such as workers\xe2\x80\x99 compensation claims, unemployment claims, and employment verification, among others.
  • Take part in meetings related to disciplinary action and termination.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in processing payroll particularly in ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience with recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stress tolerance.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:
