Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll platform, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to the application, system, and modules.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS and Payroll users.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, and accounting staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS and Payroll users.
  • Manager integrations with benefit providers and other third party platforms.
  • Configures/programs custom functions such as workflows, automated queries, filters, macros, reports, dashboards, and maintains documentation of all changes.
  • Follows established change management processes
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives, HR, Accounting, and other staff.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Accounting, information services, other stakeholders, and external vendors for HRIS and Payroll design, integration, and implementation projects.
  • Ensures system compliance with SOX, data security, and privacy requirements.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Familiarity with accounting policies and procedures to ensure Payroll meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of at least one enterprise level HRIS product (preferably Ceridian Dayforce)
  • Broad understanding of other information systems (CRM, ERP).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least three years of experience with supporting HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Ceridian Dayforce experience highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
