:We are offering an exciting opportunity in North York, Ontario, for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role involves overseeing all human resources operations to ensure alignment with our business goals. For this role, you will be expected to communicate with the board of directors and senior managers, express new ideas, and suggest solutions that take into account budget limitations and our company culture.Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on HR policies and strategies.
• Consult with line management to offer daily HR guidance.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Work closely with management and employees to foster better work relationships, enhance morale, and improve productivity and retention.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Manage special projects related to HR compliance and corporate strategy.
• Suggest new HR strategies to facilitate company growth and infrastructure strategy.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HRBP role or similar.

• Previous experience working in the Retail, Hospitality or Service based industry a MUST HAVE

• Proven expertise in Employee Relations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage Special Projects effectively.

• Proficiency in HR Compliance and related regulations.

• Experience in Employee Training and development programs.

• Understanding of Corporate Strategy and its alignment with HR functions.

• Capability to develop and implement HR Strategy in line with company's vision.

• Experience in crafting Growth Strategy in a human resources context.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure strategy and its application in HR practices.
