Office Location: Vancouver, BC


Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000


Candidate Profile





The HR & Recruitment Coordinator supports daily HR and recruitment operations across multiple regions. The role plays a part in maintaining accurate data, driving smooth onboarding, and supporting recruitment as well as HR initiatives. Responsibilities include providing full cycle recruitment support, managing onboarding and HR documentation, maintaining HRIS data, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to programs such as employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities





Recruitment & Onboarding


Provide full-cycle recruitment support, including job postings, social media content, interview scheduling, reference checks, and employment agreements Coordinate and support campus recruitment events Manage onboarding processes for new hires and internal transfers, including scheduling check-ins Support offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews

HR Operations & Administration


Prepare HR documentation such as employment verification letters, salary adjustments, bonus and anniversary letters, and policy communications Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and other systems Process operational and transactional HR data across platforms Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries

Projects & Collaboration


Assist with HR initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy updates, job descriptions, and compensation Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on employee lifecycle activities Participate in special HR projects focused on process improvement, employee engagement, and program implementation Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent HR practices across regions

Professional Qualifications & Experience





EDUCATION


Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field CPHR Candidate or Designation an asset

EXPERIENCE


2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment HRIS and data management experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS


Bilingual in English and French an asset

SKILLS


Knowledge of employment law and compliance Strong document preparation and HR administration skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and autonomy Adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
