Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities? We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing recruitment activities, from processing new hires to coordinating career fairs, all while maintaining a strong focus on client service.



Key Responsibilities


Oversee the onboarding process, including processing new employee documentation and ensuring accurate data entry. Conduct thorough reference checks to support the hiring process. Generate and analyze recruitment reports to support HR decision-making. Coordinate and attend career fairs, representing the organization and engaging with potential candidates. Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date recruitment materials and documentation. Provide support in other HR-related tasks as needed to ensure the department's efficiency.

Qualifications



Education & Certification


Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is an asset.

Experience


At least one (1) year of experience in recruitment or a related HR role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR databases. Experience or qualifications related to data analysis, HR reporting, or other advanced HR systems and tools would be considered an asset.

Strong client service orientation with a focus on providing an excellent experience for all stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building positive relationships. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing information. Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously. Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and principles is an advantage. A commitment to professional growth and development.

Additional Requirements



The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.

Hourly range is $24.02 to $31.06, depending on experience.
