We're seeking a Remote HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support the expansion of our long-standing global personal development company. In this role, you'll use your natural communication and coordination strengths to engage with warm candidates, guide them through discovery and onboarding, and ensure a positive, high-touch experience -- all from the comfort of your home or perhaps a holiday Villa!

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from warm leads interested in our programs
Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts provided)
Guide prospective clients through the information and onboarding process
Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication using CRM systems
Coordinate schedules, update client profiles, and ensure smooth onboarding
Create or post job and marketing content (templates + training provided)
Use tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and online scheduling platforms
Participate in your own personal development journey alongside the community
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
5+ years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, or talent coordination
Confidence in phone/video-based interviewing and screening conversations
A warm, people-first communication style -- both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and follow through
Interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work
Familiarity with digital tools like CRM software, Zoom, or Google Workspace
Bonus: Experience with social media or basic content tools (training provided)
