As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our clients, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and placements. You should have hands-on experience in
agency recruiting
and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple verticals (IT, non-IT, light industrial, healthcare, etc. as applicable).
Source candidates using a variety of search methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
Screen candidates through interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and manage applicant tracking systems.
Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or high-volume positions.
Negotiate offers, close candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Meet weekly/monthly placement targets and recruitment KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing/recruitment agency
(mandatory).
Proven success in high-volume or specialized recruiting.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in employment agency is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
