Recruteur(euse)
au sein du departement des ressources humaines. La principale responsabilite du Recruteur est d'assurer un flux constant de candidatures et d'identifier des talents pour combler les postes vacants.
Taches et Responsabilites
Publier les offres d'emploi sur la page carrieres de l'entreprise, les reseaux sociaux, les sites d'emploi et en interne.
Fournir des listes restreintes de candidats qualifies aux gestionnaires d'embauche.
Rechercher des candidats potentiels via divers canaux en ligne (ex. reseaux sociaux et plateformes professionnelles).
Examiner les CV et formulaires de candidature recus.
Mener des entrevues (par telephone, visioconference et en personne).
Envoyer les courriels d'offre d'emploi et repondre aux questions concernant la remuneration et les avantages sociaux.
Agir a titre de conseiller(ere) aupres des nouvelles recrues et les accompagner dans leur integration (participer activement au processus d'integration).
Effectuer du recrutement cible pour des postes specifiques (reseaux sociaux, recherches Internet, reseautage).
Contribuer au developpement et au deploiement de projets lies a l'acquisition de talents et a l'experience candidat.
Effectuer d'autres taches liees aux ressources humaines.
Qualifications et Competences
Detenir au minimum un certificat en gestion des ressources humaines ou un diplome collegial avec specialisation en gestion des ressources humaines.
Posseder 2 ans d'experience pertinente comme recruteur, soit en entreprise ou en agence de recrutement.
Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit.
Solides competences en communication et en negociation.
Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et capacite a traiter l'information confidentielle de maniere appropriee.
Experience avec differents formats d'entrevues, incluant les appels telephoniques de preselection, les entrevues en personne et les entrevues de groupe.
Maitrise des reseaux sociaux, des bases de donnees de CV et des reseaux professionnels.

Position Summary and Objective
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual who wants to make a difference as a Recruiter within the Human Resources department. The Recruiter's main responsibility is to ensure we receive a steady flow of applications and identify talented candidates to fill open positions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard (Be an integral part of Onboarding process)
Conduct headhunting for specific positions (social media, internet searches, networking)
Contribute to the development and deployment of projects related to talent acquisition and candidate experience.
Other HR related tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
Hold at least a certificate in Human Resources Management or a college diploma with a specialization in Human Resources Management
2 years of relevant experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews.
Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
