Job Description
We are a fast growing HVACR / Mechanical company that services from Manitoba to BC and into the Western USA.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, knowledgeable and fun loving team member who doesn't mind travelling occasionally.
The successful candidate will work with the General Manager and the other managers. His/her duties will include but not limited to:
1. In charge of recruiting
2. Managing "employee happiness",
3. Arranging our conferences and company events
4. Flying to the different locations & checking in on the employees
5. Arranging all employee contracts
6. Arranging all training
7. Creating, implementing & maintaining employee incentive programs
8. Doing on boarding training of all employees
9. Etc...

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
