Job Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the retail industry. This role is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and will primarily be remote, requiring a reliable internet connection and use of your own laptop with MS Teams for internal communications.Responsibilities:

• Engage in the recruitment of retail store candidates who will demonstrate Nespresso coffee machines and promote coffee subscriptions.
• Utilize provided scripts to pre-screen candidates who have applied for openings through Indeed.
• Conduct interviews, review responses, and make recommendations to the hiring manager on candidate suitability.
• Ensure efficient communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize your skills in Campus Recruiting and Customer Service to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
• Continually update and maintain accurate records of all candidates and recruitment activities.
• Monitor and manage candidate inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Assess and action appropriate steps for customer accounts as required.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures during the recruitment process.
• Proven experience in a similar HR Recruiter role
• Knowledge and experience with Campus Recruiting
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of HR software and databases
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong decision-making skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Strong problem-solving ability
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
