Join our growing team as an HR & Payroll Assistant! This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates to gain valuable experience in human resources and payroll administration. Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Support:



Assist HR Manager with full-cycle recruitment processes Post job advertisements and manage candidate communications Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records Support onboarding activities for new hires

Administrative Support:



Provide administrative assistance for various HR projects and initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Assist with policy development and implementation Support employee engagement activities and events

Payroll Processing:



Assist with payroll preparation and processing Help maintain payroll records and employee information Support payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution Ensure compliance with payroll procedures and timelines

What We're Looking For



Education & Experience:



Recent graduates welcome to apply Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous internship or work experience in HR/payroll considered an asset

Skills & Attributes:



Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management abilities Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Eager to learn and take on new challenges Strong interpersonal skills
