RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Canadian human resources function and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s culture and employee well-being in a hybrid, post pandemic environment.
• Lead and direct routine human resource functions / activities (in conjunction with external providers) including health coverage, vacation, payroll, and assist in the implementation of a group pension plan.
• Identify and coordinate recruitment needs of our Montreal and South shore locations and manage the recruitment process. Initiate recruitment initiatives.
• Supervise new hire onboarding.
• Maintain and monitor Tim Horton\'s human resource policies to drive continuous improvement.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or college diploma
• Fluent in both French and English
• 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Human Resources role is required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic with professional integrity and a positive, proactive attitude
• Independent and highly organized in order to keep track of all HR initiatives.
• High attention to detail
• Pro-active in identifying value add initiatives.
• Computer proficiency with full MS Office Suite
• Polished, energetic, and professional demeanor
