About us PLH Dublin is a commercial airline service company focused on fuel in Richmond, BC. We are a fast growing company and looking to further expand across Canada. We\'re looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a passion for aviation and a genuine interest in the well-being of our employees. The successful candidate will be able to assist in all aspects of HR, from training to benefits, and will help build a company that is committed to the success of not only its employees, but also its customers. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive employee relations environment.
- Ensure that employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Admin of employee benefits.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Work with union employees and CBA.
- Update company policies.
- Analyze employee data to determine trends and help in recruitment.
- Recruiting of new hires
