Are you a dynamic and results-driven recruiter with a passion for finding and onboarding top talent quickly and efficiently ? We are looking for an HR superstar to join our dental corporation and play a key role in growing and strengthening our team!




Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Top Priority!)


• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Source, screen, and hire the best talent with speed and precision.
• Conduct interviews, assess applicants, and make hiring decisions.
• Lead a seamless and engaging onboarding process to get new hires up to speed fast.


Employee Relations & Engagement


• Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring strong communication and a positive work environment.
• Implement engagement initiatives that foster a motivated and high-performing team.
• Address concerns, mediate conflicts, and conduct investigations when needed.


Compensation & Benefits


• Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and manage employee benefits enrollment.
• Verify payroll accuracy and conduct salary benchmarking.


Training & Development


• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Conduct sessions on compliance, safety, and customer service.
• Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure employee growth.


Performance Management


• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and career growth.
• Support succession planning and career development initiatives.


Compliance & HR Policy Development


• Ensure all HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and uphold confidentiality.


Health & Safety


• Oversee workplace safety programs and conduct regular audits.
• Address safety concerns and maintain compliance with regulations.


HR Metrics & Strategy


• Track and analyze HR metrics to enhance recruitment, retention, and overall effectiveness.
• Provide reports and data-driven insights to improve HR processes.
