Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment (Term)

Location: St. John\xe2\x80\x99s



You will be involved in all facets of the recruitment process for Hydro, including screening, interviews and selection processes. You will guide managers and supervisors through the recruitment, support other HR initiatives and other assigned duties, as required.



You have a University Degree in Business or a 3-year Business Diploma, focused in Human Resources and 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in recruitment and the coordination of people-related programs and processes. You have experience working with HR systems, superior interpersonal and time-management skills and a good knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management.
