THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. In this role, you'll get the opportunity to be hands-on in various HR activities including onboarding new employees, keeping our HRIS system up to date and supporting front-end recruitment while working alongside other HR Coordinators and HR Business Partners. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Facilitate onboarding activities to integrate new employees and create a positive experience for candidates, new employees, as well as internal and external clients
Provide recruitment support including posting job openings, conducting initial phone screens and booking interviews
Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, field shift changes and general correspondence
Enter and maintain information integrity within HRIS system (Workday)
Assist HR Advisors and Business Partners with various HR initiatives (employee performance management, compensation cycle, workforce planning, etc.)
Schedule pre employment testing and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and processed
Recommend and initiate projects to ensure efficiency and practicality when dealing with HR matters
Assist with developing materials, tools and documentation in support of HR programs, policies and procedures
WHAT YOU BRING:
Up to 3 years? relevant work experience in an HR related role
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Enthusiasm and passion for HR with the ability to be a positive brand champion internally and externally
The ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
Strong customer focus and professional approach with all clients
Experience with data management and data integrity within database
Previous experience with using Excel to organize data and create tables and reports
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels within the organization
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with others and build strong working relationships
