If so, this may be the opportunity for you! AppleOne has partnered up with a client in the Toronto area to hire a Human Resources Business Partner on a full-time basis.
Role:
- Liaising with the director of manufacturing
- Full cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, Health & Safety, overall training and development
- Onboarding for temp and perm
- team support on a day to day basis
- 75% on the floor and 25% in the office that can vary

Requirements
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience
- No designations
- Experiential, employment acts of Ontario
- Familiar with current legislation, joined in production management meetings and H&S
- 5+ years of experience
