Description:

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring global HR strategy is aligned with local business objectives and working directly with the leaders in our Delco Logistics Organization. Reporting to the Global Business Partner for Delco Logistics, the Senior HR Business Partner serves as a consultant to the management team on all matters related to people and acts as a strategic partner and change champion. The role assesses and anticipates organizational and people related needs while working proactively with our Centres of Excellence and business leadership to develop integrated solutions.

What\xe2\x80\x99s On Your Plate:

  • Provide strategic advice, guidance and comprehensive communications to Delco leaders (from Supervisors to Sr. Managers) and employees on performance management, talent management, organizational design, health & wellness, diversity & inclusion and talent acquisition; while considering local and national legislation, legal precedents, human rights considerations and general best & equitable practices; based upon extensive HR experiences
  • Providing internal business partners with professional, practical and strategic support needed to build, guide and direct the diverse teams within Delco Logistics
  • Collaborate with Global Centres of Excellence to design, embed and drive people programs such as the salary planning cycle & total rewards strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, health & wellness and diversity & inclusion
  • Act as a mediator to guide & influence decisions and business leaders to promote growth and efficiency while ensuring overall stakeholder experience at all levels is not compromised
  • Maximize full leadership capabilities through (but not limited to) coaching, mentoring, storytelling, networking and relationship building
  • Optimize, develop and adapt the current state to achieve the overall local and global business objectives
  • Co-create and Implement the HR strategy for Delco Logistics in line with the global HR and Logistics strategies
  • Translate HR strategies to concrete initiatives and projects with positive business impacts
  • Demonstrate cost-effectiveness through excellent solutions and positive contributions
  • Maintain quality standards and ensures content specific to the needs of each unit being supported is readily available and accessible
  • Work closely and effectively with HR team members within the Headquarter of Just Eat Takeaway.com and with cross-border HR colleagues to identify best practices and use it to define effective business interventions
  • Developing positive relationships at global and local levels with the intent of creating a well-networked organization
Recipe for Success:
  • Meaningful experience in a business partner capacity, strongly preferring experience within an Operations organization
  • Broad HR experience covering the full employee life cycle (Recruiting, training, employee performance, termination, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of provincial and national employment standards and labour laws
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience working directly with senior level management and executives in a global setting in the capacity of HR Business Partner.
  • Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Experience in change management and organizational design
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
