YOUR CHALLENGES

The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and practical role, providing comprehensive human resources support to all our business units. This role is essential in implementing our people initiatives, delivering excellent internal customer support, and improving HR processes and functional excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively participates in the design and implementation of strategic HR projects and initiatives;
  • Acts as HR point of contact;
  • Guides and supports managers in managing their teams (conflict management, policies, procedures, performance management, compensation, etc.) and ensures their development and influence so that they become levers of mobilization;
  • Maintains close links with business unit leaders to keep abreast of internal issues;
  • Provides front-line support in the delivery of organizational development projects.
  • Supports the Human Resources team in tracking indicators, analyzing trends and recommending continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Acts as a change agent;
  • Supports, as required, the Talent Acquisition team in developing candidate attraction and employee retention programs;
  • Collaborates on annual workforce planning and succession management;
  • Collaborates in the development, implementation and revision of human resources management policies and programs, and, to this end, drafts procedures and oversees the implementation of management processes and tools;
  • Ensures compliance with legislation (labor law, OHS, pay equity) in all actions;
  • Ensures safe working practices and is committed to promoting health and safety in the workplace in compliance with the relevant legislation;
  • Contributes to team efforts by performing all other related tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor\'s degree in industrial relations or administration, human resources option, or equivalent;
  • More than three (3) years of experience in a human resources generalist position;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
  • Bilingualism (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of various labor laws;
  • Knowledge of human resources trends.
