- Partner with the leadership team to drive clear mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
- Ensure the timely filling of open roles.
- Manage the HR process from onboarding to termination.
- Pro-actively manage employee relations issues.
- Coach leadership and management appropriately.
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years\' experience in strategic partnership with the leadership team.
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR.
- Experience providing feedback and coaching at a leadership level.
- Ability to influence and manage change effectively.
- Strong planning, budgetary, and project management abilities.
