Garaga Inc. is seeking a HR Business Partner for its plant in Barrie, someone who plays a front-line advisory role with our different stakeholders in our plant in Ontario. We are looking for someone who brings solutions through their analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in HR best practices, with a focus on industrial relations. You will be the reference regarding HR policies, processes, and programs. You will support our local partners in tackling HR challenges with a smile.

• Provides front-line support to managers and partners.
• Participates in the development of human resources tools and procedures.
• Participates in activities related to the pay equity process.
• Provides support and information to our partners on HR programs and policies.
• Participates in health safety committees and follows up on work accident files.
• Ensures the implementation and follow-up of training activities.
• Last but not least, plays a key advisory role in terms of industrial relations.

HR Business Partner \xe2\x80\x93 Barrie\xe2\x80\x99s Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Relations, HR Management or any other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
• Sense of initiative, intrapreneurship & positive leadership style.
• Direct experience with Health & Safety an asset.
• CHRP certification or in the process of obtaining it, an asset.
