Do you share our passion of renewable energy for a greener and sustainable future?We are currently looking to recruit a HR & Payroll Administrator on a Permanent basis to join the team at our office in Didsbury, South Manchester.How can you make a difference?Working in a small team at our UK head office in Didsbury, this varied role will provide administration support to the HR function.What will you be doing?Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for payroll queries internally, liaising with our payroll provider for resolution and cascading responses internally
  • Administration of timesheets within our system, ensuring that timesheets have been completed and approved within deadlines.
  • Responding to system related queries including resetting system or timesheet access
  • Collaborating with HR advisors for accurate sickness absence processing
  • First point of contact for day-to-day general HR queries
  • Supporting the HR team with recruitment administration tasks
  • Ownership of HR and Payroll compliance audits
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative duties including drafting contracts, contractual changes and maintaining employee records
  • Responsibility to obtaining new starter references.
  • Supporting the team with reporting
What are we looking for?Our ideal candidate will have experience in a HR administration role and will have a good understanding of employment law and payroll regulations. You will also have experience of working in an environment where confidentiality is critical.You will have experience of working with HR systems, collating data and being able to format reports and you will be highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.If you have experience of working with SAP or ADP payroll software, that would be an advantage but isn\'t essential.You will have strong communication skills and be able to use your own initiative to plan and prioritise your workload to ensure you meet strict deadlines.What we can offer you?Time Off \xf0\x9f\xa4\xb8 33 days including bank holidays.
