Coordinate scheduling of HR activities, programs and events as required.
Provide supportive work for the full cycle recruitment process
Responsible for general office administration, including but not limited to maintaining and reordering office supplies inventory; constructing meeting minutes, Managing company accounts
HR and general administrative filing.
General procurement duties
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR Management or related field preferred
1-2 year\'s HR or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Mandarin and English fluency
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing and eager to learn
Professional communication demeanour
Strong organization skills and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
