Andalusia Speech Therapy is hiring a FT HR/Admin Assistant at our 2899 Danforth Ave and 2025 Midland Ave location in Scarborough.This is a mix of in-person and remote work, and a permanent, full time position.About Us

Help others communicate by providing quality speech therapy to individuals of all ages, economic and cultural backgrounds, and geographical locations, and participate as active members of our communities.Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in HR or Business Admin, related experience

Schedule:

• Mondays and Tuesdays (10AM - 6PM) at our 2899 Danforth Ave, Toronto location
• Wednesdays and Fridays (10AM - 6PM) at our 2025 Midland Avenue, Scarborough location
• Sundays (8AM - 4PM) remote from home

Role tasks:

• Coordinating the clinic's schedule and booking appointments
• Taking calls
• In-person customer service
• Billing
• Faxing
• HR related tasks (onboarding, recruiting, payroll)
• Light cleaning duties
• Other office duties as may be required
