Job Description



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruiting, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records as well as some administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and recruitment and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. You should be comfortable working independently and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment efforts by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate employee onboarding by completing necessary paperwork and arranging new hire orientation
  • Keep employee records up to date in the HR database
  • Manage employee benefits, including enrollments and changes
  • Handle invoice management and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Generate reports for all departments
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Proficiency with the Google suite of apps
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
