Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing daily administrative operations, supporting human resources functions, and ensuring smooth office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with experience in office administration, human resources, and vendor management. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment while developing your professional skills in a supportive setting.

Duties



Human Resources:

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Administration:



Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management. Coordinate meetings, events, and company-wide communications. Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records and files. Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws. Support HR initiatives, including performance management, training programs, and employee engagement activities. Assist in benefits administration and employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and documentation as required. Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
