We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Assist with any administrative tasks as needed during the night shift.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse guests. Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A background in resort or hotel experience is advantageous.
