We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a premier hotel. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties

Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding guest services. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Prepare daily reports for management, summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits. Assist in training new front desk staff on procedures and best practices in guest services. Ensure all security protocols are followed during night shifts to maintain guest safety.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving front desk operations or guest services. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is a plus. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
