Job Description

PLEASE READ IN DETAIL BEFORE APPLYING: The Hyatt Place Calgary Airport is looking for an Experienced Permanent Part-time Hotel Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent. You must be able to work shift from 11pm-7am. Only those candidates with open availability need apply. Candidates must have excellent English skills. The successful candidate must be a driven, self starter who is motivated and eager to learn. You will excel at customer service as you would be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests. The Night Auditor performs front desk duties during the evening as well as end-of-day accounting duties. Preference will be given to those applicants with basic computer skills, previous customer service experience as well as previous hotel experience. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, dedication to guest service, be reliable and self-motivated. Previous experience using the

OPERA property management system is a must.
