Live-On-Site Hotel Manager (2 Positions Available) - Point Edward, Ontario

We're seeking

two full-time, live-on-site Hotel Managers

to join our hospitality team in

Point Edward, Ontario

.
This is a

hands-on management role

ideal for individuals who take ownership, work well under pressure, and are passionate about guest experience and hotel operations.

About the Role

As a Live-On-Site Manager, you will be responsible for the

day-to-day operation of the hotel

, including:

Overseeing and motivating housekeeping and maintenance staff Managing guest relations, check-ins, and issue resolution Coordinating with and supervising restaurant operations Handling marketing, online listings, and guest reviews Maintaining property standards and cleanliness Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and supply orders
You'll play a

key leadership role

in ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable hotel operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements

Previous

hotel or hospitality management experience

is required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work flexible/long hours Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems or OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) Must be comfortable living on-site and taking accountability for property performance
