Position Overview:

Join our team as a Hotel Manager where you will oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of all hotel departments. As a Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Duties:

- Manage and coordinate hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue while controlling expenses.
- Train, supervise, and support staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold hotel policies.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel management or related hospitality roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in hotel management software for reservations, billing, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred.
