Duties:
- Manage and coordinate hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue while controlling expenses.
- Train, supervise, and support staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold hotel policies.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or related hospitality roles.
