Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of service. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Oversee financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to ensure profitability. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure positive experiences and repeat business. Coordinate marketing efforts to promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to hospitality operations.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of hotel management software systems and property management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and interact with guests effectively. Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies for revenue growth and cost management. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service standards. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute education requirements. Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
