Job Description

Guest services:

Greet guests warmly, handle check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Reservations and communication:

Take, cancel, and change room reservations, answer and direct phone calls, and manage guest inquiries.

Financial and administrative tasks:

Process payments, balance cash and reports, and maintain accurate guest records.

Problem-solving:

Address guest complaints and issues in a timely and friendly manner.

Coordination:

Liaise with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, security) to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintaining the front desk area:

Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.

Additional duties:

May include making future bookings for guests, arranging transportation, handling wake-up calls, and taking orders
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
