We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.
Duties
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to create a positive first impression.
Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Uphold high standards of customer service while fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this enhances communication with diverse guests.
Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for handling calls professionally.
Familiarity with resort environments or night audit procedures is a plus.
