Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience, contributing to a positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a warm and inviting manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Managing our waitlist and reservations. Serve food and drinks to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service. Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, booking reservations as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience using POS systems, and restaurant reservation management systems is advantageous but not required as training will be provided. Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
