The Server Assistant position is also an order taker and expediter for our very busy expo station and room service delivery. Hosts will be involved with taking and entering takeout orders, seating, and reservations as well as responsibly of being the first and last point of contact for our guests. Both roles receive a portion of the tip pool.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide warm welcome to guests, in person and over the phone Take orders, ring into POS system, collect payment and complete accurate cash out at end of each shift Prepare the main entrance for service Utilize Open Table to plan and control flow of guest Accomplish all assigned side work throughout shift Assist with polishing glassware Assist with stocking the bar Clear and reset tables based on demand and server needs Work under guidance of managers Daily & weekly cleaning duties Must be available at least three shifts/week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
