Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide care and support for an individual with special needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the challenges and rewards associated with this role.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping Implement individualized care plans and behaviour management strategies Facilitate community integration and participation in social activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of client's condition and care provided Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
Qualifications:
Experience in providing care for individuals with special needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Valid first aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
PIC + Vulnerable Sector Search from the last three months (preferred) Canadian Red Cross / St. John's Ambulance CPR Certification (required)
