We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated live-in caregiver/Home Care Worker to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life children, ensuring they receive the assistance they need with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in care.ing for children between 2 to 12years
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
Help clients with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying them to appointments.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Help with school home work and ensuring children are meeting their developmental expectations
Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Skills
Experience caregiving settings
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care best practices.
Familiarity with developmental milestones for children
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion in all interactions.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing high-quality care.
