Home Care Worker



Alternative Residential Service for Youth (ARSY)

Job type: Full Time / Part Time / Casual.

Start time: Immediately

Would you like to be part of a non-profit organization that is resident focused for young individuals with various needs that offers a competitive wage and benefits package? Must have ability to work as part of the team. To have a strong knowledge of written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as organizational and time management. Knowledge of behavioural management strategies. Staff will be accompanying clients to appointments and outing. The worker participates in meeting the needs of individuals who present challenges that causes impairment at school or in the community. We strive to provide quality of care for our residents.

Successful candidates must have:



Clear Child Abuse Registry check

Clear Police Records check (Including Vulnerable sector)

Post Secondary Education -diploma/degree

Emergency First Aid CPR Level "C" & AED

Must have Valid Licence and Vehicle that you can use for work

Food Handlers Certification

Valid of proof of COVID Vaccine as per government regulations

OHS/Health and Safety

Basic Medication Training

Basic Personal Care

IPP training

NVCI

Behavioural management

Mental Health First Aid

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
