Chinese-speaking (Cantonese) FEMALE Home Care Workers
to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients, especially seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role requires strong personal care skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently while following care plans.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to supervisors or family members.
Experience
Previous experience in home care, senior care, or caregiving is preferred.
Familiarity with assisting individuals with disabilities or dementia care is a plus.
Experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
